Elaine Henderson, M.A., Speech Communication, is an experienced trainer and dynamic public speaker.

She has taught communication, marketing, and writing classes at Ohlone College, De Anza College, Evergreen Community College, DeVry University and California State University, Hayward, where she also received the distinction of Outstanding Graduate Instructor for three years.

Additionally, she worked as the Training and Education Manager for a large corporation in the Bay Area where she created a Training Department for six companies within the corporation.

As a trainer, Elaine has taught numerous courses, such as Basic Communication, Customer Service Skills, Leadership Skills, Team building, Effective Presentation, ESL, Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Sexual Harassment, Mentoring and Management Skills, Motivation, Delegation, and Giving and Receiving Feedback.

Elaine also provides individual coaching for CEOs, Presidents and emerging leaders. Elaine has facilitated many experiential learning workshops for companies throughout California, Washington and Arizona.
